norvid_studier
Reads a person's public writing corpus and surfaces pairs of statements that cannot both be true, with the reasoning chain shown so each link can be disputed. A disputed link retracts through a truth-maintenance system.
norvid_studier is an early-stage project in the General Systems Ventures portfolio, described as a linter for epistemology. It reads a person's public writing corpus and surfaces pairs of statements that cannot both be true, showing the reasoning chain so each link can be disputed individually. Disputing a link retracts that justification and propagates the retraction through a justification-based truth-maintenance system, so one correction invalidates every finding that rested on the same bad inference. It was built against one public account's posts. The corpus is mostly short fragments and jokes, which the design treats as the hard part. The repository is private.
